Refund Policy

At QB Data Service, we strive to provide high-quality technical assistance and data-related services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Terms

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been purchased.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the primary issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts by our technical experts.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the transaction.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
Service Not Rendered – If the purchased service was not provided due to a technical failure or internal issue.
Unresolved Primary Issue – If our technical team is unable to resolve the main issue for which the service was purchased.
Duplicate Charge – If a customer was mistakenly billed twice for the same service.

🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • If the issue is resolved or an alternative solution is provided.
  • If the customer fails to meet the service prerequisites (e.g., lack of internet connection or incompatible system).
  • If the customer decides not to use the service after purchase.
  • If the refund request is made after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the service was successfully delivered as per the agreed scope.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:
1️⃣ Submit a written request via email at support@qbdataservice.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Business Name (if applicable)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Transaction Amount
  • Last Four Digits of the Card Used
  • Reason for the Refund Request
    2️⃣ Our support team will review the request and may contact you for further clarification.
    3️⃣ Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time & Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the transaction.
  • The processing time may vary based on the customer’s bank policies.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If a chargeback or dispute is filed without following our refund request process, the claim may be denied as per our terms.
  • QB Data Service reserves the right to challenge chargebacks if the service was successfully delivered.
