Data Service Support Refund Policy

General Refund Conditions for 1, 2, 3-Year Plans

Customers who opt for long-term plans (1, 2, or 3 years) have the benefit of a full refund if they cancel the service within 15 days of activation. This provides an opportunity to assess our services without risk.

Cancellation After 15 Days

If cancellation occurs after the initial 15-day period, a cancellation fee applies. This fee is calculated at 25% of the total plan cost, which covers the resources allocated and services provided up until the point of cancellation.

Specific Terms for the 90-Day Plan

The 90-day plan is designed for clients needing short-term intensive support. The following terms apply specifically to this plan:

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a full refund if cancellation occurs within 10 days of service activation. This period allows clients to evaluate our services in the short term.

  • No Refund After Resolution: If a client’s case is resolved within these 10 days, the option for a refund is voided once the resolution is confirmed. This condition recognizes the successful delivery of our services within the specified timeframe.

  • Cancellation Post-Resolution: After the resolution of the case and beyond the 10-day period, no refunds will be initiated. This policy acknowledges that the service objective has been met satisfactorily.

Cloud Hosting Refund Policy

Scope and Non-Refundability

Our Cloud Hosting services are tailored to U.S.-based companies, utilizing secure data storage within U.S. territory. Due to the significant costs associated with setting up and maintaining the infrastructure for Cloud Hosting, refunds are not available once the service is activated.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Exceptions to this policy may be considered under extraordinary circumstances, such as significant non-performance by QB Data Service or changes in regulations affecting service provision.

General Terms

  • Requests for refunds must be made formally using the designated communication channels established at the beginning of the service agreement.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 days and returned via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
